Break: 2:00 p.m.
(To schedule Mincha, work backwards from the zman for blowing shofar and plan for a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes for davening, plus additional time as needed for a pre-Neilah sermon. For example:)
Mincha: 5:00 p.m.
Sermon: 6:00 p.m.
Neilah: 6:15 p.m.
Shofar: 7:30 p.m.
(IMPORTANT: While halachically, you can sound shofar earlier than the time the fast ends, people often assume that shofar-blowing marks the end of the fast, so it's recommended not to blow the shofar before the zman that the fast ends.)
