Ideas for Matzah
1) After getting an ok from Lubavitcher Rabbonim , we found out where in town there will be public Seders ( beyond Chabad- IE Hillel/Student Groups/Local Synagogues/CommunityLeaders who invite a lot of people ) and sent for each person that is participating a pre-packaged bag with the shiur of Matza to be eaten and a note asking them to kindly distribute and encourage them to fulfill the Mitzvah at the right time - They were more than glad to help
It was incredible to see many hundreds have the chance to actually perform the Mitzvah

Many stores do a VERY weak job on having ample supplies for Pesach .even on a very basic level, many of them claim they need 11 months lead time to procure these products, try to get at least one store to agree carry KFP products and really advertise the one store that and drive customers there.
3) Chabad.Org PR Team sent us a TV crew to cover Pre- Seder -They were great to work with and were able to create connections that we don't have - Definitely Kedai to reach out to them for next year
